1. Overview
When any parts in machine facilities gets a severe abrasion or corrosion from friction, shock, heat, etc, hard-facing is able to generate a special alloy deposit on related surface with Overlay or Thermal spray and results in its life cycle extension.

3. Benefits of DYWT Hard-facing
Minimize the amount of input heat to minimize the heat effect on parent metal
It is possible to weld on Hi-Cr Cast iron with low-temp hard-facing process
When it comes to DY’ low temp hard-facing process, it can upgrade 25% of work velocity (pace) compared with existing one.

HRc63  1. High concentration of niobium and chromium carbides.
 2. Very good wear resistance to fine abrasive particles of high
 hardness.
HardAlloy P-2V C 5.0 Mn 0.5 Si 1.2
Cr 22.5 V 10
HRc63  1. Chromium carbide type matrix with vanadium carbide  particles dispersed uniformly throughout the deposit thickness.
 2. For improving abrasion resistance : ideal complement to  conventional chromium carbide deposits at the final pass or for  local reinforcement.

Mo 6.5 Si 0.8 W 1.9 V 1.0
HRc65  1. Highly alloyed chromium cast iron with a high concentration of
 complex carbides.
 2. Resists combined abrasion and impact at high temperatures.
 The properties are reached in only three layers
